All about BioThane® and our products

BioThane is the trade name for coated webbing manufactured by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp in the USA. It is webbing with a TPU or PVC coating. This treated coated webbing is significantly more durable, washable, cleanable, and waterproof compared to classic webbing. The material is patented and designed for extreme loads.

It doesn't stretch and can withstand a tensile load of up to 690 kg for 38 mm wide straps, 25 mm straps are tested for 450 kg, 19 mm straps for 345 kg)

It is resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation, mold, and bacteria.

It does not fray.

It maintains consistent properties at high and low temperatures.

It fits and sits excellently.

It is very well accepted by animals; no allergic reactions are known.

If you want to clean the material, just wash it with water and wipe it dry.

We produce collars, leashes, and accessories from original and patented BioThane®, whose origin and authenticity we can prove.

For production, we use the highest quality components and offer a choice of several types of hardware. For the connections in our products, we use closed rivets, so water or dirt does not get trapped in them.

We now seal the ends of collars and buckle holes with a special preparation, so they do not remain open and do not absorb water.

We are direct manufacturers, so we can modify products according to your wishes.
